Xalant is building vertically integrated edge campuses for under-served US markets: the site, the generation, the backhaul and the compute under one roof and one contract. This page carries the mission, the public roadmap and a direct route to investor relations — and nothing from the deck.
Roadmap
The public roadmap.
Four anchors, each one a date Xalant can stand behind. Nothing on this page describes a security, a listing or a financing.
Xalant Communications begins
The first work is connectivity: treating a link to the outside world as a fundamental utility for places the fibre map has skipped, and building the gateway design around that rather than around a metro.
The group forms
Xalant forms as an entity under Eight Galaxies LLC, with three companies inside it — Edge, Power and Communications — and puts up its site and its social presence. That is one milestone, not three.
South Oregon, proof of concept
The first build-out: one campus in South Oregon, chosen for low-cost hydro power, a climate that suits free cooling and land well clear of the congested coastal grid queues.
- 2027–28
The next three centres
Milwaukee, Pennsylvania and North Georgia follow the proof of concept. Each is a named market in the pipeline with no site, no permit and no commissioning date yet — the map says so on every page that draws it.
The integration story
Why the three companies are one business and not three.
Generate
Power is made on the site itself — bridge generation first, enhanced geothermal and a fluoride-salt reactor on the ladder behind it.
Process
That power is designed to feed edge data centers on the same pad, running high-density AI and Web3 workloads next to the demand.
Connect
Ground gateways carry the processed result back to the wider network — satellite first, so a site is connected before a trench is dug.
Yield
Surplus baseload power and spare gateway capacity are planned to be offered to the community around the site, any excess sold back to a grid.
Governance and basis

Investor relations
Investor relations · One route in
Write to investor relations and say what you need to see.
The contact form routes an investor enquiry straight to investor relations. Materials are shared directly rather than published.

Talk to Xalant
Bring a use case. Xalant is designed to bring the site, the power, the backhaul and the compute as one contract.
Site and energy partners, enterprise and AI workloads, local providers and communities — in the four pipeline markets, or in a geography that is being targeted next.
