Xalant is forming the teams that will build and hold the first sites — data hall, generation, gateway and the studio block that keeps all three running. There are no listings yet, and there will be none until a role is real. If you build one of those four things, write to us and say which.

Generation on the site itself, on a ladder that is designed to end in firm, low-carbon baseload rather than a diesel yard.
Access
Compute sited next to the demand and the power, in markets the centralized core has priced out or queued up.
Yield
A site is sized with headroom, and the headroom — power and gateway capacity both — is planned to be offered locally.
Communities
The places that need a data centre least on paper and most in practice: rural, industrial and under-connected.
Where
Four markets, and a campus people live on.
The Remote Development Center is a campus with a studio block on it: the people who keep the hall, the pad and the gateway alive live where the work is. These are the markets that work is planned for.
